Governance & Leadership
Corp-EFF Insurance is governed by the Insurance Act #4 of 2012 of the Commonwealth of Dominica, and the Grenada Insurance Act # 5 of 2010. The company is regulated by the Financial Services Unit in each territory it has operations. A nine-member Board of Directors provides governance oversight and is accountable to the company's shareholders.
